Decent buys with no price movement tells you one thing, more than ample supply. Currently at an impasse. If we go 41p bid, it would suggest supply may be done for now and further gains in short term. If we go 40p offered, supply is still huge and the now hugely important support of 37p will be threatened.

I would suggest they may be put throughs. When a broker is working a large order, he will work it in the market but also be attempting to find the opposite side to the trade. If he is successful in finding a customer willing to be the other side of the trade, he will often do a put through, affectively crossing the stock on the market. We will have to wait for the opening to see how the broker was left on balance eg seller or buyer over.

Have done likewise. There is a major support at 37 which was established in May last year and has been hit 6 times. Patience.

Daily, weekly, monthly... share prices ebb and flow with supply and demand. We currently have a sizeable and determined seller happy to supply any demand that is forthcoming. Providing the seller has no other driving force other than the need to raise cash, lost confidence or interest, all is well and once completed, things will improve. Lets hope he has no information that is not in the public domain. I remain relaxed and of the opinion the CEO has increased production capacity out of sound business sense...for anyone to do so without detailed customer commitment (given not yet at capacity utilisation) would be totally barmy. Time will tell but selling at this level, with so many potentially hugely positive issues, does not interest me. As a gambler, sub 40p, I see it as a 5-1 bet with the horse in fine form. Just need the jockey to show it the whip.

Sadly spud, the selling is still significant. Only time will tell. Lets hope the buying continues, if not, the seller may take things lower.

Forgive my ignorance but if the proposed tunnel between Scotland and N Ireland is to come ashore at Larne, will it put paid to the IM project or are they geographically a long way apart???
Maybe this tunnel has been the reason for the ML delay.

A large seller is in the market. Continued blocks of 25-50,000 going through. With this type of turnover I am hoping this supply will dry up. The price will tell us when that point comes. No point saying the stock is moon bound, it will move higher only when that supply is finished. Demand is being created at these lower levels so I guess cenkos and other brokers have a story to tell their clients which is finding some traction. Patience is the key. With global covid cases dropping 50% in the last month and 90% in the UK...surely the end...or in our case...the start, is near.

As the strange price action indicated yesterday, a large block sale has now been reported. It was obviously being worked. My questions are, Has the seller finished? Was it Gresham House divesting of there holding having recently announced falling below the required threshold for regulatory advising of further sales?
Several percent of the company has changed hands in a few large blocks lately. Clearly large shareholders are changing their view on the companies prospects. I remain convinced they have the right strategy, JW cannot however, make water into wine. All the best positioning in the world needs a tail wind and a bit of luck. The SP is clearly reflecting a large amount of scepticism as to the companies ability to fulfill its, much talked about, contract winning ability.
Thats where winning bets can be made. A divergence of opinion creates opportunity. I still think this is a 70/30 winner. Hence I added after yesterday's sell off.

Its called a choice price. Indicates to me one market maker has a decent seller. So the normal price is called The Touch. When buy and sell the same, Choice. Can get backwadations which is lower offer from one market maker and higher bid from another.

It seems strange that the SP fall was preceeded by two negative articles in share tip sheets. It feels very much like a bear raid. Hold firm and carry on.

Yep, not seen any reason to panic. All is in place for a bright future still.

Additionally, if BP goes ahead, it makes the investment by Triumph Subsea Services, as announced via the LOI 10th Dec, more logical and likely. What a huge difference that would make to the company.

The news that BP (along with German partner) are preferred bidder for the huge wind farm auction in the Irish sea, has made my old investment banker radar twitch. BP have stated their ambition to reposition themselves in the zero carbon power generation market. This windfarm is off the UK coast, nicely positioned opposite Belfast. It will require very significant investment in infrastructure, both fixed and floating. This is where Infrastrata have positioned themselves.
In my mind, it would make sense for a company committed to green energy that Hydrogen production and storage would also be an ambition. What better than an off the shelf investment in a company with exactly that type of asset (subject to the ML) again, exactly where Infrastrata is positioned.

Well, Gresham House did which perturbed me a bit. They are long term players.

Given no information to the contrary, the outlook for the company have not changed. Whilst It is evident that covid and politics have dented the time frame, for a more positive outlook, I remain as positive as ever the company is well positioned to make substantial profits. The much talked about remuneration is somewhat puzzling but should things develop as we all hope, it might be better that the board did not ingratiate themselves with potloads of share options.

Poorly researched article. No mention of the change in the companies focus or asset structure...hey ho. Guess it is a reason for some to sell...

From the SP performance, I would suggest many have been flipped. It has been multiple small to medium, private investors, that have taken up the slack. With no new news, the accounts instil little other than hope. All the assets are in place, just need some business which actually makes (real) money. If we are left with no news of contracts to work those, many new acquired, assets, the share price will remain heavy and possibly test the 42p level. I am staying optimistic that things will improve, as we all expect. I was pleased to see the company talking more readily about debt finance. If we are to see a decent return, growth via gearing is the only option. No more dilution please. Shoukd the board code again, I will have to think long and hard about my investment. Good luck.

Loose goose. How can you put a positive spin on Gresham selling??? Its the worst news I could hear.

The company is considering conversion of offshore gas storage site, closed in 2017, into a hydrogen facility. It is joining BP, Shell, Northern Gas, ITM power in an alliance called the Hydrogen Taskforce.
