I certainly wouldn't say I'm happy ( not sure where I gave you that impression from) certainly surprised by the volume that's for sure & what's caused the sudden interest ( given what I said to you yesterday about it not being on anyone's radar's etc & very lightly traded).

It has a long way to go to get to my average price of @ 0.7p that's for sure.

Hmm very strange that the person was so keen to get there holding notice out the same day!

They had up to 4 days normally to make such an announcement.

So why the rush ?

2phevs & I are not the same person that's for sure.

I'm in no way pumping ENET, just fascinated by what happened today, I have no interest in ENET (only traded it twice previously & broke even).

All my MIRI trades are recorded here & on advfn, as is my purchase cost, i have set aside 2.5M of the 12.5M I have to use for trading purposes to try & increase my Mirriad holding further but as of yet, I've still to sell a single Mirriad share since I discovered the company on 8th April 2024.

If you don't believe me then that's your choice.

Alwaysbelieve (under a different username) & I used to clash on HE1 at times back in the day.

If it does turn out to be a pump & dump job I've never seen one done on this scale before, very sophisticated to say the least.

Only time will tell us what it truly was.

If NTC's shareholding has dropped a lot, then whoever was behind today's volume has helped move things along because there will be a lot small over hang of stock than there was at 8am this morning, that's for sure & that is a good thing for all the long suffering shareholders.

Strange the buying frenzy stops in ENET & suddenly buys are appearing here !

Yup over 26% of the shares in issue have changed hands today (Seller to MM to Buyer) & now there is hardly any trades taking place!

Have whoever was behind this trading frenzy achieved there goal or is there more to come regarding there plan!

The board knew nothing on the 28th November (last thursday) otherwise the CEO wouldn't have been allowed to buy shares on the market. So either its been since then or you can score that one off the possibilities list.

How many delayed trades are to come later ( or be seen in the next couple of days) ?

The drop in price wasn't justified by the amount of shares sold since 0.17 - 0.175p yet those selling seemed to get a pretty poor price for them!

Then suddenly a 10 min gap with not a single trade!

Well lets be frank TrickyEFC,

The trading update wasn't great at all was it.

You've got NTC who want out with 146M shares (down to 120M+ up to 5m more from todays announcement) & you know there going to get another 170M more shares) So the chance was certainly there for someone to pick-up 30% of the company quickly.

However it would surely have been easier & smarter to just go directly to NTC & offer to buy there holding etc at an agreed price + the structured deed warrants as well.

Simply bizarre, or do you try & buy as many as you can in the market hoping NTC still have a bundle left, then make an offer to them (NTC) that's acceptable & thus make an offer to acquire all of ENET knowing your going to be the majority owner of it ?

And yes all of the above is just speculation on the back of this massive trading volume.

I'm in total shock at the volume. Roughly 24% of the company's shares have changed hands! (ok it will be less because some shares will have changed hands several times during the day)

Well if NTC wanted to sell that 120M+ shares they had, they have certainly had the chance to do so with a lot of them !

You have to ask the question, who's buying & why ?

Only thing that makes sense to me right now, is someone trying to either buy a large stake in the company or take it over! & if so whom, I guess there are 3 company's using / trialling its product, so one of them would be the logical answer.

I guess we'll find out in 4 days time with holding announcements, if that's the case or not.

Otherwise its just baffling to say the least

Never in a million years would I have expected to see this amount of volume on no news, when I left this morning!

insane, 450M shares traded, so a net 225M (seller to MM to buyer) out of the 903M in issue.

They can't drop 17M if there the ones doing the buying this morning trying to create the pump!

They'll need to drop 17M just to get back where they were if its them !
