I wouldn't bank on it. This is AIM after all. I thought the RNS this morning was really positive and confirms the LFT test is happening. A little more patience required.

L2analyst - they said it because thats the truth. The agreement is worthless, even by their own reckoning. I still think this stock is worth more than 4.5p. I would put fair value around 8-10p based on fundamantals

I don't get why this is rising. An agreement which the company does not anticipate will have a material impact or contribution to the current growth prospects of the Group. So it's worthless.....as is this stock.

all very well to keep saying "it will happen when it happens" but the reality here (as well all know) is that TIME TO MARKET is a critical success factor, and anyone who says otherwise is burying their head in in the sand. Meanwhile, several serious contenders are emerging for the rapid test crown, and there will be many more over the coming weeks and months. We need to see a positive update THIS WEEK, with a clear timescale for clinical testing and regulatory approvals. With every week that passes without news, the risk to our investment increases, significantly.

I think the difference between success and failure is based largely on the amount of time you put in to RESEARCH and your ability to show PATIENCE after investing. I researched SNG thoroughly, took a position and waited (despite the price falling). Today my patience paid off. I have an even larger position in Avacta . I have done my research and I have shown a high degree of patience. Maybe tomorrow is the day..... GLA

I can see an argument for this closing north of £2 today and moving much higher if emergency approval is given later this week.

PL75 thanks for the link. that device reader looks somewhat cumbersome, so hopefully not a serious competitor. I was reading that Broadway had signed a deal to use this device, but perhaps not true.

Nowhere in that sentence does it say anything about commercial contracts or revenue. I suspect it’s been given to them to pilot, and no revenue at this time

So much for those who were suggesting that Sona were struggling to bring their test to market. Clearly not struggling at all. Hopefully a good omen for Avacta.

finally took the plunge and picked up 250k at 20.25p yesterday. Not cheap at 65x last years sales, but I do believe this company has clearly reached an inflection point, and now has a great opportunity to grab market share. Expect to see news of major contracts and OEM deals in second half of the year.
