If SNG is proved to be an effective anti viral in COPD in addition to COVID, then is there a case for it to be trialed with those who are vulnerable in regards to seasonal flu? The overall market could be huge and SNG use could become as widespread as an asthma inhaler, both as a treatment and prophylactic.

When they posted the final results in April, they stated that secured revenues for 2020 already exceeded total revenue for 2019. So I think it's safe to assume they have a recurring run rate coming out of April 2020 of around £90k a month. They achieved £479k in the six months to June 19. If the monthly run rate coming out of April was £90k a month, it's hard to see how the first six months revenue would be more than circa £600k, allowing for any additional income generated in May and June. This would be a circa 25% uplift from the comparable period last year. I think the second half will be stronger, as it should reflect the revenue from more recent contract wins. Nothing groundbreaking yet. They really need to secure some major OEM partners, and then I think we will really see revenues taking off.

Really like the look of this company. Great licensing model, recurring revenues, established and growing Slingo brand, working with all the big names, signing agreements left, right and centre. The Board expects EBITDA for the year ending 31 December 2020 to be significantly ahead of current market expectations. What's not to like

I think you are absolutely correct. The test will clearly not be delivered in the summer and it’s seems plainly obvious that the test optimization has taken a lot longer than Avacta had originally planned. However, despite all of this, the test is now developed and will be coming to market in the Autumn. Demand will be huge. My only concern is that they need more manufacturing capacity, and fast, as this won’t even scratch the surface of the demand.

I think GDR will surprise to the upside. Still early days. Give them a chance. I have every confidence in the senior management team. Expect news soon. I’m holding since £1.28 and very comfortable I’ll see a decent return.

This drug formulation has an outstanding safety profile and has been trailed in humans with no issues for almost 10 years - Asthma, COPD and now Covid. Last year the Data Safety Monitoring committee reviewed the data from phase II COPD trials and noted that “No safety concerns identified with SNG001”

A phase III trial seems pointless. The drug clearly works, the safety profile is good. Let’s get this show on the road and start saving thousands of lives!!
