the interesting thing about that 6th March Zambian Daily Mail article is that in 2015 Thomro signed an MOU with Blume Distillation to construct this plant. Yet no mention of Blume here and if you look on the Blume website no evidence of any patented technology or case study applications, unlike CNEL. So it does make you think that CNEL could be in the frame to take over because Blume didn't deliver.

Why are you so obsessed with Jingbin? Have a look at significant shareholders on the CNEL website. Why would an investment management company like Walker Crips (via W B Nominees) hold over 5% if they thought they were onto a loser? You'd be a lot more credible if you actually did some proper research.
