No, I mean that although ZKTY in China is a subsidiary of CNEL, you don't own any shares in it, so they have no obligations to you in terms of declaring contracts they may sign in China. CNEL, though, do have such an obligation.
The accounting situation is different, though. When those results come through they are a consolidated statement, including results for ZKTY. As we all know (if people have bothered to do any proper research) over 80% of CNEL's revenues are generated in the PRC by ZKTY. When people on this board cast doubts on the number of refineries built in China or bemoan the lack of contracts signed by CNEL in the last 12 months, they are ignoring this.
