Not sure a Bracco buyout is in the interest of shareholders due to it's position as an unlisted private company.

But an offer could be interesting. Could it provoke a take-over battle with interest from Phillips and maybe GE Healthcare

We know that some of the big players are already involved in the trials - GE Healthcare, Phillips - and this is a market sector where everyone will be watching these with interest and waiting to pounce.

Why wrong market? NUKEM listed on Frankfurter borse and owners Comeco on NYSE. Philips listed in Amsterdam.

Regarding risk and ignoring beta scores etc you could argue the harder (higher valuation) they come the harder they fall, particularly in the tech sector. Look at Microsoft.
