Has anyone calculated profit based on paricular scenarios? Room charges are high, but transportation (e.g. iom tt ferry), planning applications, inital build costs, maintenance etc etc. I like the model but find it hard to price

Really. It is just bouncing around in a trading range of 2-3p. Supported well. I see it this way - DAB is growing, not just in the UK but world wide. All decent dab radios use frontier silicon chips ... Monopoly Sensium health care is a drain on resources but has potential. This is under review by the company. If the potential (nhs contract) happens it is boom time, if not it gets cut and the company runs a more efficient model. The other value is non-invasive glucose monitoring. Diabetes is a huge issue, hence a massive market. If you do not believe in the company sell and move on. Plenty of other places to make cash. You can always come back in prior to any big news, which healthcare wise could be soon. Alternatively patience...

If they have a reliable way of doing glucose monitoring (non invasive) this will be huge. Just google diabetic growth rates and look at the numbers. Forget hospital only. Think smart watch, and think a huge amount of sales. DAB should take off soon too. They have chips in all the leading radios so most of the market share. Could turnout to be a very good investment.

Sorry vicki I wrote it in a rush. They announced (I saw it on twitter) that they had lots of tier 1 audio manufactures awaiting their minuet wireless audio tech for the google cast technology ready for production in Q3 ( before xmas )

They have signed a deal with chrome cast ... Big news imo ... DAB is becoming ubiquitous too

The frontier silicon division is looking very positive, when are they due to make a decision on sensium?

Sensium looks weak ... Maybe time to cut their losses and concentrate on DAB

The strap/patch could be detachable and either disposable or cleaned (steam chamber). My point is smart watches will become much cheaper and the ip to do the sensing and comms will be readily available for the competition to manufacture products to compete. You dont need touch screen etc. and the cost of manufacture of smart is much less than $500. In fact they could do it now using a low cost wireless microprocessor sub $5. Fully disposable is not good imo. Do they throw away all medical equipment that touches the skin? Anyway back to IoT ... How do toumaz/ FS get any traction in the market? Why are they better placed than others? (this is not a deramp btw I have been invested here before and at these prices may well again but I yet to promise beyond DAB)

As for my take. If the company are in decline and burning cash then extra cash will only prolong the agony unless they change how they do things. Not seen any evidence to suggest they are address issues. Not invested btw. Just observing for now.

Thanks. I agree on sensium, although battery life is currently poor ands smart watches not far behind. IoT will be sensor driven imo, hence very low power low data rate applications dominating. It is the audio that i cannot see a strong pull for. Using their wireless ip that they have is one thing but it is crowded space with BLE/15.4/802.11.ah already out there.

Why would they refuse it? Would make no sense (unless council are getting back handers not to grant it - which never happens ;-) )

You would like the SP to recover and you post stuff like that? I would have expected the DAB revenues to bolster things and sensium to a huge dollop of icing on the cake. Once a major sensium contract is signed it will rocket.
