for coversion of old shares to new was 175:56, but you would have lost some shares if you did not hold an exact multiple of 175. For example, if you owned 200,000 old shares, you first divide by 175 to the nearest full round number - 1142. Then multiply by 56 = 63,952 new shares. The fraction (which would have given 48 more shares) is discarded.
