I don't know how urgently you need to trade but XBIO should list on NASDAQ by October, according to the plan stated in January, perhaps earlier. I expect at that point for the shares to be as tradeable in the UK as other NASDAQ stocks. I myself haven't done anything with my shares, they are sitting dormant at iWeb, with whom I spoke last week. iWeb are as clueless as your broker appears to be, simply telling me to wait and see, etc. If you absolutely do need to sell your shares soon, you could do what was suggested during the CC last week - offer them via Xenetic as part of a parcel that they offered to put together for interested IIs - they seem to have party(-ies) interested in taking a good-sized tranche of shares. I have no more details on quantities, price etc, but if that sounds interesting get in touch with XBIO and see what they say. However, be aware that news is upcoming so you may be selling near the bottom of the market.
