As Dutch says, we need capital but in the particular form of share liquidity so that we can meet the final NASDAQ qualification we lack; a dollop of money from Baxter or Russia would not help with that because the issued shares would just be salted away and not enter the free float. As for FDI, yes they surprised some of us by getting funding, but I'm still sceptical they will meet their deadlines. If SP is where it is now in a year's time and they're roughly on schedule, I might be tempted.

I think it has already been established for some time that XBIO meets all the necessary criteria for NASDAQ listing bar one. That is the problem of liquidity - none of you grubby little people are prepared to release your grip on your shares. This stumbling block is proving knotty and this, one sincerely trusts, is the question that our esteemed Directors are addressing as one types.
