We are trapped in a cycle for the moment: not enough liquidity to uplist to NASDAQ, new shares in placing and/or rights issue would achieve liquidity but no funding yet announced so squeeze on SP continues. I agree there doesn't seem to be anything wrong on the technical side, it's solving the practical side that's proving difficult. Wonderful buying opp for those with cash. Unfortunately Snooty has long since sold everything moveable that escapes the gimlet eye of Her Ladyship.

One is as disgruntled as the next Peer about AIM; Only one share remains in the Snooty portfolio on that government-sanctioned scam, and that is suspended pending possibly going bust. OTC, the mud in which XBIO is currently sinking, is almost as bad. After four years invested in, successively, LPX, XEN and now XBIO, one's investment is worth approximately the same as its initial value - which is not bad by comparison to AIM. Key for us here in the short term is funding - it was slated for before the end of the year, now only three weeks away. Where is it, Scott?

beats me why anyone would want to sell hundreds of thousands of shares at a price lower than that at which we left AIM. We know for certain that there's nothing wrong with the science. Are we supposed to be worried that funding won't come through and sell at 21.5c, when all the evidence is that LPX, XEN now XBIO have had no problem whatsoever raising funds in the last five years, even in the pit that is AIM? All very mysterious. Maybe someone needs to pay the alimony. News of funding is due by year end.

Yes, I note that, since the beginning of last week, we have seen shares being fed to the market, something which was conspicuously lacking for most of this year. It's disappointing that we have had to retrace our SP to where we were when we left AIM, but if this creates volume and the conditions necessary to get us to NASDAQ, then so be it. With the two items of news in the past few days, and perhaps an update on EPO in Oz to come, I hope we will clear the overhang which is currently holding us at 25c, and move back towards a reasonable valuation. Of course, crucial to this is funding. In this regard I expect news in the next few weeks, as per the notification in the last Interims. Once money enough to get us to NASDAQ (and an IPO?) is secured, we should really start to motor.

With the benefit of that wonderful but useless faculty, hindsight, it is clear that our lengthy stay on OTC is as result of misjudgement; prior to arriving here, our Board thought we would be able to uplist to NASDAQ by October, and they said as much to Baxter back in February. It wasn't to be. Alas, the irony is we have been temporarily undone by XBIO's success - success in the sense of lack of liquidity brought about by belief in the Company, and thus shareholders' unwillingness to sell their holdings. All we lack in getting to NASDAQ is decent, sustained volume every day over a few months. The technology works, trial results are consistently good, we have great partners. My advice is, keep an eye on daily volumes - they are key to our finding our way off OTC and onto NASDAQ, and they have begun to creep up....

Disappointing yes, but not grounds for despair. Sources say the technology works and has had zero trial setbacks. Talk to me again in a month or two, I expect news and directors' buying at some point.
