I can only assume they will RNS a comprehensive update on all three operations this week, with Balcombe started, Lidsey 24 hour operation granted and the plan for Brockham to start soon. This is the bottom now the recovery begins.

So far the new approach has been very impressive and goes a long way toward bringing back confidence in management. They've done more to improve the situation in the last week than happened in the last few months and with regular updates too which is just as important. As far as I am concerned getting on with Balcombe while they sort out Brockham is a brilliant move and it means more near term positive news. Also decision on Lindsey 24 hour production this week. Investors will come flocking back when they see the turn around here

This is the RNS everyone was asking for now when they deliver it's not good enough? UKOG have been flow testing KL4 for weeks with no update this is a long term commercial flow test it will take time but hopefully they will do some more PR before Xmas this is a milestone for the company

The advantage of making an offer before the permits arrive and while other potential bidders are still waiting on more certainty makes this more likely than not IMO. We know some of the potential bidders are not bothered about waiting for permits and don't even need the IPPC. On another note Slovenia's new coalition government is moving along nicely and wants to cut red tape.

The offeree will have to sign off an offer agreement, then it gets put to AST shareholders, surely just a formality if the offer is 3.5p

Just one RNS which could come any time and shorters are screwed would be instant gap up to offer price. this is a very high risk share to be betting on with the takeover potentially days away and the well permits could come any time too, ARSO have committed to delivering in a timely fashion this time

They didn't even have to raise the price to get sellers today people giving their shares away too easily. Let's see what the call this evening brings don't suppose anything much will be revealed and we'll move on. The RNS confirmed it so all good! Now time to deliver. Plenty of big money has been bet on getting a deal and the North Sea seems to be recovering lots of positive signs

We need to know what the plan is if no permits before summer holiday. Is the SR waiting on the outcome? Communication has been very poor. I want to know if a deal has been done even if it is subject to permits being issued. This cannot drag on much longer if the stated aim is to achieve shareholder value it is an abject failure so far.
