Well someone is taking the opportunity to load up during the delay - £90k the other day, two lots of £14k yesterday, another £25k today plus many more. I like the idea of other lucrative near term projects in Pakistan, where else on AIM can you get exposure to that profitable market? And LOI will come now administrative problems look to be sorted as posted on Twitter
Nice to finish on the up - I expect we'll get another warrants exercise RNS to explain the cheap shares available - then the amazing news on the Sheikh upping his stake will get the rise it deserves - of course always the chance we get some bigger news tomorrow too
Happy to get the confirmation so quickly! Now hopefully TR1 too. Buyers should feel confident to come back now that's cleared up - be nice to have a little run into close always chance of news over the weekend they are really getting on with approving all these CPEC projects now
Plus a lot of other buys today and yesterday - so where are these shares coming from? I think it's the house broker selling warrants again now the SP has risen, more funds to keep the company going without needing a placement so all good. Question is who is buying them all? Starvest or the Sheikh? surely a TR1 due
SP predictions year end 10p minimum?23 Jun 2020 12:25
The news this morning that they have been approached for multiple near term lucrative new projects while the Thar project admin goes through is game changing for me - there are few opportunities to invest in such a highly prospective market like Pakistan and the region certainly not on AIM - this alone raises my SP prediction. Then there is the coal to gas mentioned in the RNS after the power project. How undervalued is this company? Got to be 10p year end on just the Thar project advancing and just one of these new projects could send it into orbit near term.
RE: "LOI been confirmed by Naheed on video"20 Jun 2020 12:54
It has been confirmed by video but in March! She says then in a proactive interview that the LOI stands approved and it's just an administrative process - it is well overdue to complete now
Priced in! DO me a favour! the LOI unlocks a $6-8 billion dollar project with the $3 billion+ power plant just the start - we'll see significant Institutional interest now - the MCap is just £19 million! Expect the MMs to be filling some big orders very soon - 2.7p is the key price as over 50 million Mcap and the big funds can buy. Starvest will maybe also buy some more while it's still cheap down here. LOI is key to everything and is essentially the green light for everything else, so no it's not priced in!
3% holder Nazari Consultancy has been selling out I'm personally glad to see them clear all the sells before we get big news on the LOI - by my calculations they are done or almost done - then nothing to slow down the rise. I like previous post about big funds buying in at 50M MCap aournd 2.7p - that could really push the SP to the next level
That's the mid price - you have to look at the actual trades to see if it's a buy or sell, all the buys were at full ask .65p - that big sell was the only thing holding it down for so long
Perfect storm coming, I can see this doing 10x from current levels when all this news hits in succession, I've said before only risk here is selling too soon. Not to mention the up to $8 billion value in a few years - that's over 50p!
That's odd because there's a load of other CPEC projects progressing and meetings going on and big decisions being made - Ramadan doesn't seem to affect them at all why would it affect us? The Proactive interview last week made it very clear progress is happening - I feel very hopeful of LOI this week followed rapidly by other milestones and a confirmed JCC meeting date
JCC Meeting going ahead by video conference15 Apr 2020 11:02
Great find by Tony on Twitter - "Chinese Ambassador to Pakistan, Yao Jing informed that the 10th Joint Cooperation Committee (JCC) meeting on CPEC scheduled to be held in April in Islamabad, is going to be held via video conferencing, as the Chinese delegation, which was due to arrive in Islamabad cancelled its visit due to Coronavirus but consultations will go on since CPEC is the major part of Pakistan-China strategic partnership." https://pakobserver.net/cpec-gets-new-lease-of-life/
