TotalWealth - RCFs don’t come cheap, so whether that would have been better than reducing Opti’s SBTX holding depends entirely on how Skin’s SP performs.

So far, SBTX shares have lost a further 16.7% of their value since Opti’s most recent disposal on 31 March (RNSd on 7 April).

Admittedly still early days, but I’d call that a great result for Opti currently, wouldn’t you?

I'm not very enamoured of Tom W either. But I think he has a point about SOH's podcasts.

O'Hara comes across as a bit vague & confused at times. Mixing up Russia & America smacks of Biden all over again.

He'd be far better off scripting the podcasts, then reading them out confidently without all the hesitation & occasional mistakes. And as I said before, invest in a better microphone & record in a room with decent acoustics.

Did you hear the bit in the podcast when SOH referred to the timelag between when an order’s placed and when it can actually be “recognised” on the books? Also, how the constantly changing US tariff regime is causing significant import delays?

Assuming all you’re basing that on is hope & Tim’s hearsay, I’d be very cautious still.

TotalWealth - not sure how you can conclude whether “it really is looking very positive indeed now” based on a few different companies’ listings with no reviews.

1. Do you know the past participle of "have"?

2. Is P41 same as A41? In which case there was no need to do any research. I could easily have told you it's the main route from London to Birkenhead.

Tigger’s latest schoolboy error is to assume anyone criticising the here-today-gone-tomorrow rampers can’t be invested.

I actually am - and have been a lot longer than Tigger’s had Frosties for breakfast. Doesn’t mean I have to enter a vow of silence or continue to hang on Tim’s every word.

I judge by results, not feelings, hunches or nudgy nudgies. And I post according to the way I see developments happening at the time. Not by reading the tealeaves, listening to imaginary City chums or discerning some b0llocky Bollinger band on a chart.

Mol42 - a high degree of founder control is hardly surprising, given Opti & its subsidiary holdings were largely SOH’s baby from the get go.

Whatever his shortcomings (outlined repeatedly already), stability & control is often preferable to shock & awe in the long term.
