Oscar22 - I'd broadly agree with you, except for the conclusion that "This agreement shows ImmuPharma's long-term confidence in Incanthera since they wanted to extend their right to buy shares at this price." That's putting an over-positive spin on things IMHO. Sure, if they can push the agreement out another year with no further consideration payable, then who wouldn't? But the fact remains when the warrants were first issued, IMM presumably thought they'd be well in the money on them by 6 September 2023. Instead of which they're still miles off (INC is currently trading on Aquis at a mid of 6.35p, versus a breakeven warrant exercise price of 9.5p). And as I said previously, Aquis is so illiquid it's like a graveyard for most company shares. A cheap exchange for a reason.
