To be honest, anything YJ say will be analysed and scrutinised to the Nth degree, and people often make the wrong conclusions. A post saying they still represent Frontera would have been enough.
Keep your chin up Aubree. It's not all over yet and we don't know if we have been scammed or are indeed approaching the golden times. I'm feeling optimistic that a settlement will be reached as that is in both parties best interests , but nevertheless, all we can do is wait and see what happens. Best just to try to be relaxed about it all until the full picture emerges. We will then know what course of action we need to take.
Great post Reg.
But he wouldn't get the asset, the Georgian's would, its not quite the same example. What I'm saying though is if this comes to an out of court settlement under the eyes of a judge, would the terms of the loan not have some bearing on the settlement. Ie Steve and Zaza were supposed to give shares but didn't, so should now. Or is their way of getting out of the original terms and sharing the debt with the whole company. If what people are saying is correct, it's only for the $2m interest, not the whole loan yet.
Yes, and hopefully they have the cash or the New York fund to pay the interest now, but if they don't arent they guarantors for the debt. Is that why they're fighting so hard? If no cash is available would it be unreasonable to assume they would just have to stump up the shares and pay off Hope as per the agreement. How would this be turned into a full blown restructure of the company where private investors lose a lot, as some people are suggesting on here and interactive investor?
Wasn't it written into the terms of the debt that SN or Zaza would personally gives shares to cover the interest charge? I think I remember reading that.
That's true Gipps. I just find it hard to believe they'd risk it all unless they knew they could lose the battle but win the war, straight out win the war, or that as you suggest, darker forces are at work.
If this is just a fight over $2m atm, but it's bought time for Frontera to get some more ewt done in order to get the NY loan, is that the win? Can't see why they'd risk losing it all if there wasn't some way they knew they'd come out the other side okay. Perhaps that's wishful thinking, but who in their right mind would risk potentially billions over a couple of million?
Can he simply take the company assets though Starage? If it's as simple as just game over, isn't it then game over for him, Zaza and us, and only the Georgian's win?
Are we just waiting to see if Zaza and Hope can make a deal? If they can't it has been said that Hope and Frontera lose everything anyway, and the Georgian's just take back the assets. Or is that just waffle that was made up on here by people hoping, rather than knowing that to be the case. I'm very confused!
For your messages. Redundancy and taking a part time job might actually be the best way to go. If Frontera could just rise from the ashes over the next few months that would be really helpful!
But as 5p says, we should have known about interest payment.
Good post OTB. It's verily difficult to believe the BOD aren't well prepared for this course of action. Perhaps if Hope had accepted the options the company suggested, or come up with alternative external funding when asked to find some, they would have avoided this course of action, so this could be plan B. I think it's safe to assume it is at least a plan, and not a simple hashed up quick consequence due to the default. Everything is interlinked here and so much is at stake. There is no way they have taken this route without very careful planning and very good advice.
Thanks for all the kind and funny messages :-)
Oh dam. Freudian typo :-D
Thanks so much for all the massages. I can only hope my partner is too tired to read the forum today, what with being compared to a borehole after she's just given birth as well. I'm joking of course, I found it funny and I'm sure she will too. I'll update in about 6 weeks to let you know if it was a good analogy... joking again, of course :-) Love you my love (my partner, not Bugsy)!
5) Baby no. 3, our first girl, was born on Friday evening. Mother and child both happy and healthy... What more could you ask for? If I'm being greedy maybe a bit of sleep would be nice :-D
Haha! That more describes my eating habits these days, rather than my appearance :-)
Lol, good point ODR :-)
Thanks Kenco
