Selling will likely continue until the terrible posts on this forum stop. Clearly some are still feeling hurt about the decline from £20 down to £2 and scraping whatever they can as soon as it hits £2.50. Need these out for a sustainable increase imo

Like Stuart said in the Investor Meet Company presentation - Audioboom is ready to fly. Q3 and Q4 especially look set to deliver growth to this business. A potential US listing and nothing will stop us

As predicted it’s mostly sells today. Just watch the panic as these head lower and those that are patient will be rewarded when it’s at 200-215

Of course, if the Directors sink meaningful amounts into Audioboom at this stage, that would give investors confidence. But can't see that happening if I'm honest

Expecting a short boost that will get sold into and then a return to the 215 - 250 range. Will reassess in a few days when will probably be able to pick up shares at 215 as people panic

Why don't you just look them up and then you can see for yourself. $65m revenue booked for the year, 5 months left, anything else booked will be increased profit

The selling ahead of the Q2 update just keeps going on and on and on. Can’t help but thinking someone knows something and is getting out ahead of it. You can’t sell in any volume at the moment so indicating a massive sell lurking in the background

Share price movements are still quite unusual though. Big drop down without corresponding sells so is it another worked order being processed in the background?

I wouldn’t worry about 1 million out of 134 million. That’s less than 1% and within usual noise

The selling continues. there's a big investor trying to get out as you can see the trades every day. until they've got out the share price isn't going anywhere

For a multimillionaire like Michael Tobin, are £10k purchases really a big thing? It’d be like me continuously investing £10 in Audioboom which I could do multiple times a month.

If we see more meaningful purchases or other directors buying, I’ll take notice

If you actually read the report you'll see that £7m is a provision for loss making contracts. So their future accounts will look good, as they have already taken the loss. Follow the cash, not the accountancy tricks

Feels like they might be putting themselves in the shop window too towards the end of the year by some of the comments in that report

Predict or know there will be an update? Bit of a shocker the CEO invested before a trading update tbh

The results are undoubtedly encouraging. But considering what was already know, does the RNS and slide pack have a lot of new information in it?

Great post Starbright, I have to say I agree. All the Twitter pumpers clearly just trade this (maybe around a core holding) but you have to be extremely sceptical of these commentators that are so passionate about the company. A TR-1 from a quality company could be a game changer from now.

I’m not sure it does weaken their hand. Any competent investor will be able to work out Avacta’s cash reserves as part of their finance due diligence and will know they need funding for Phase 2…

Honestly can’t wait for a buyout on this one. Will keep a few people quiet
