Exactly deepjoy. a forward PE of 11.75 represents a great buying opportunity for a high growth tech company. I'm not a huge fan of JD, never have been, but his ineptitude with communication may have done us a favour. If BIDS was quoted on NASDAQ it would be many times its current price.

Posters like IntrepidInvestor who don't even know the difference between revenue and gross margin are just embarrassing. Also, future fund raising is a given for a company like this. I would welcome some strong institutional investors. So much disinformation on this board.

By the wat, this weeks RNS releases were a shambles bordering on market manipulation.

The problem is that I cannot see how the agreement with AFG can be extended beyond 31st Dec without losing credibility with the potential buyer who will not wait forever. I've said it before that these negotiations are the last chance for PFP.

Having lost credibility that they can achieve a deal, the only option is the legal route.This would require further funding to keep the lights on. IMO there is no chance of funds being raised on the basis of the legal route and so I cannot see a future here.

Perhaps the legal claim to the mining licence has some nominal value to a company who specialise in litigation but we're talking thousands rather than millions so effectively the company will be wound up with proceeds just about covering administration costs. Nothing for shareholders.

I'm inclined to think they were not buys, otherwise we would have seen a share price reaction on Friday. We are now so close to end of year deadline that I'm pretty sure a deal has not been reached. I had high hopes as it makes no sense for any of the interested parties but I suspect that the General is just one of those people that is impossible to work with no matter how much logic or persuasion is brought to bear.

How is this any different from normal trading practice? When Tesco sell tins of baked beans do you accuse them of deliberately masking the fact that those revs come with “cost of sales” to the Heinz corporation?

Do you understand the difference between revenue and gross margin? Or perhaps you believe that games developers should just give away advertising space for free?

Got in this morning; 183K share. Not a lot but its simply too much of a binary bet to risk any more at this price. I may have got cheaper if I waited or I may be tempted to average down if it goes sub 1p.

I'm hoping for a gradual rise in second half of December as investors gamble on a possible agreement, just as it did in the run up the AFG deadline at end of September. Share price got to 1.8p then. There's no guarantee it will do the same this time but if I can get an average of 1p then it may be possible to get out with a handsome profit without having to wait for the make or break RNS. Or maybe have a free ride going into the news.

If past experience is anything to go by then none of the above will happen but its just too much of a soap opera not to go along for the ride.

From what I've read, I can't imagine BOD have many supporters. Yet Crystal Amber clearly feel they need to build a large % to oust them. Just wonder how much more they want to buy and when they will demand EGM.

I've got a couple of questions as I decide whether to invest or not. Grateful for any advice.

So if CA are still share building I assume they believe that a significant % of other share holders still support BOD?

Also, if resolutions have already (earlier this month) been passed to dispose of Hawkeye and to reduce share capital then why do CA feel the need to continue share building?

Thank you Chestnut for one of the very few balanced and informed views on this board. I have never met JD myself but I share your reservations. I'm not impressed by what I see as ramping on his part. I'd feel much more comfortable if he stepped aside tbh, but I can't see that happen. I admit to having serious doubts about this company in the long term. At the moment I'm hoping for a short term rally at some stage where I can get out or at least reduce my position.

Well, they do say "Two's company, three is a crowd". We just need a posse of rampers, a few trolls and somebody who claims to be an ex market maker and then we'll be a proper LSE board.

Given PFP current situation, a protracted legal argument is not possible. Even if they went down the 'international courts' route it would be pointless as the Moz Supreme Court has ultimate jurisdiction. I think it's pretty obvious that the Moz Supreme Court can deliberate longer than PFP can remain solvent.

We are where we are I'm afraid. PFP are very much the 'Tiny Tim' in these negotiations.

The population of Africa is projected to be 4 billion by the end of this century. We may get lucky and the population may start to decline at some stage (it's already happening in Europe, the Americas and much of Asia) or we may not get so lucky. Either way, to deny that population growth is not the number 1 factor in the very real climate crisis is just sticking your head in sand.

Man made global warming is probably true enough but it wont be reversed no matter how many drinking straws we in the developed world recycle. The problem is overpopulation. It always has been. In fact, it was a common trope amongst environmentalists in the seventies and eighties that the current rate of population growth is simply not sustainable.

The problem is that today’s generation of environmentalists are too concerned with virtue signalling and too caught up in leftist ideology to point out the elephant in the room. I will have no time for Greta, Extension Rebellion or any of the green lobby unless and until they unequivocally state that the current birth rate in Africa, India etc. is killing our planet.

I found it interesting that, in a previous post, you referred to the license as belonging to the General. I agree with you; but it’s not something I’d expect to hear from a typical PFP shareholder. I think you know where I’m going with this?

Anyway, keep posting. By the way, my previous post was a genuine question to anyone with an opinion rather than an invitation for ad hominem retorts.

Not sure where you got the 700 figure. That seems very high.

What I don’t understand is why are PFP even sitting at the negotiation table?

If I were the purchaser of the asset then I’d want to talk to the legal owners of the asset i.e. Veloso and Cavaco. What do PFP have to offer? Why doesn’t the purchaser talk directly to Veloso and Cavaco or even their lawyers (as I believe they have fallen out).

The only value to PFP is that it would make a useful shell company from which to raise future financing. But shell companies on AIM are ten a penny.

Somebody enlighten me; what leverage do PFP have in these negotiations? We had that clown Richard Jennings saying he wouldn’t vote for anything less than 30% share to PFP. My guess is that even if a deal can be struck, PFP would receive a nominal percentage; 5%?

Current PFP shareholders may see a small premium to the current share price but not much. Meanwhile, if a deal can’t be struck I cannot see how the company survives.

PFP are in the last chance saloon with minimal upside but disastrous downside for current holders.
