Here you go Budget: http://fireeast.com/news/Fire_East_Letter_to_Shareholders_press%20release%2010%20Jan.pdf
There we have it from the horses mouth, no synergy between UEN & MTA from Barskiy (fire east) Response to claims of plans to acquire 'high risk' assets The Company also claimed in the Company Press Release that Fire East is planning on using the Company to acquire a high risk asset and dilute existing shareholders. The implication from the Company was that, should the Resolutions be passed, the new Board would proceed with the acquisition of the Prizalivnyj license as well as a merger transaction between the Company and Matra Petroleum plc, which in each case they claimed would result in the holdings of existing shareholders in the Company being diluted. There are no plans to acquire the Prizalivnyj license on Sakhalin Island. Whilst we do believe that a great number of synergies would have been achieved with any such acquisition (which the existing Board failed to do), this asset has now been sold to a third party and so this acquisition is no longer possible. There are no plans to merge with Matra Petroleum plc. Matra Petroleum is focused on the US market and therefore there are currently no synergies to be achieved through any such merger. For these reasons, the claims by the Company in relation to the Prizalivnyj license and Matra Petroleum are completely incorrect.
Stav, chill. I see your post was removed. Ultra keep posting whenever you want - it's a free country. And if something comes into your head don't be bound by previous posts. Things change. Merry Crimbo to one and all!
...........seem to be still hammering away at UEN by all counts. UEN's Moscow office raided by police.
An interesting and positive read: the_isolator 18 Nov'13 - 17:33 - 7160 of 7160 0 0 http://world.einnews.com/pr_news/176939376/the-fraser-institute-oklahoma-and-mississippi-have-best-policy-in-u-s-for-oil-and-gas-investment-but-texas-earns-top-spot-when-proven-reserves-taken seems Maxim knows what hes doing
Time to stop. We all understand where you are both coming from. C'est la vie and all that eh chaps? Stav, i assume Vladimir said nowt to worry about re Barskiy & UEN?
Actually you were not just agreeing with Ultra at all. what you were implying was that Matra may not even relist!!! I have been invested here for some 6 years or so and i have never come across you so with respect i think you are talking nonsense and your inexperience in Matra is obvious. FWIW i think this share with Barskiy at the helm could fly and fly high. Bearing in mind the II's will know more about whats going on before us mushrooms this could well take off if the deal is actually better than we think. It's a complicated deal, more deals can follow, and lets not forget UEN whether that might even hinder us - who knows!!!!!!
Had a quick re read of the last RNS (second last to be precise) and Barskiy himself is quoting this: The quality, size and potential of the Texas asset offers considerable upfront and future value for shareholders. The acreage acquired provides significant potential production and resources upside for shareholders, in an excellent fiscal and commercial environment". To reiterate:- CONSIDERABLE UPFRONT (and future) VALUE FOR SHAREHOLDERS - for me and i'm sure many others it's all about shareholder value.
My only reservation over this is the potentially fraudulent document Barskiy has alleged to have sent to UEN. if proved to be fraudulent then i suspect an adverse reaction here at Matra. We don't need any clouds overhanging here. What's your take Isolator?
ME!!! Both of you pls end it! Stav is your contact from within Matra?
