Nail on the head TRUST, there isn’t any between PFP and the Moz Gov at all that ship has sailed

I topped up to round numbers this morning , I’m in this for at least double my profits I got out my own money some years ago buying on dips and selling on silly rises, what I’ve got now is all free cash/shares which I’ll happily sell if we get some good news and the share rises, I’ve seen way too many false dawns with this share and seen so many dilutions too.

I hope your right and I hope I’m wrong as I’ll be a wealthy man if your right but I just don’t see the Moz Gov every paying up if we win, they have already shown they aren’t interested in law or compensation as we are yet to see our £1M claim paid as per the order we won years ago

Moz is just so corrupt it’s hard to get excited about a BIT which frankly no matter what the BOD say might not even get off the ground if they can’t find a finder which as I understand they haven’t found anyone yet to take it on

I’m just not getting carried away but for some reason you keep throwing about silly numbers that just won’t happen, realistic we might double our money, forget Align, they haven’t even put PFP in their 2022 shares to watch! Align at 7p is another pie in the sky…I’m fairly confident there’s something to get here but it’s not going to be anywhere near 7p or above

A success BIT does not mean the Moz Gov will pay up!, have they ever paid up on any lost case?…there’s not a chance of getting any large amount of Money from the Moz Gov …we might see some pay off but no where near the figures been thrown about, you can do as much research as you want but the Moz Gov have never dished up the money to any successful claim

Just wish something would happen…..been a really long 10 years this and we could do with some luck, people who has shares will hopefully be rewarded by at least a double your money

Old blue your the only one on here who genuinely believes that this will be a massive winfall, it might get something but it’s not likely to go beyond a few pence at best no where near the 7.5p align go on about, I’ve been here for over 10 years and seen this share implode and explode there’s nothing in any RNS that tells me that it’s a couple of pence at best if the BIT is successful in that the MOZ gov won’t pay a penny, they never have and never will.

No one is de ramping people are just keeping their feet firmly on the floor and not following the hype which the BOD spew out every so often I haven’t seen any RNS that gives me any faith that we will actually see any return from Moz in cash or in license terms

Correct, in legal circles no win no fee company’s typically take 30-50% in fees so any money gained if you cut that by worse case 50%, personally, I’m not too sure they will find a finder. From what I understand the Moz government have NEVER paid out on any lost claim, we may win but actually seeing money we won’t, freezing assets etc all end up costing money and in the end this could go on for years, PFP have already stated they are looking at alternative projects which tells me that they aren’t confident of seeing anything anytime soon, the Chinese aren’t bothered they will crack on and do what they want, their government ignores world politics so businesses there don’t care, they have been faking goods for years and flooding the markets yet the big names who they fake the goods from don’t ever sue them as it’s pointless…I think we will be lucky and May get fobbed off with a new licence for a new patch…can’t ever see any compo money heading our way the talk of $621M and beyond is just paper-talk for shareholders to stick with the BOD, we will be lucky to see this share above 1p anytime soon

Seems there no news once again from the BOD, I guess trying to find someone to take on this on a no win no fee basis is hard, won’t be cheap. As for the cash payment for the awards of costs, again no news on that either. Align haven’t included PFP in their 2022 shares to watch which I’m surprised at obviously they think nothing in 2022 will happen that’s significant

So if the BIT claim is successful, what happens then if the Moz Gov decide just not to pay out?

I agree, work in the 7p per share and for most that will give them a few quid owt above that is a bonus this share won’t ever get beyond 25p I’m confident of that, figures been quoted don’t allow for bills to be paid, I’m sure the people that will do the BIT will have at least 25% of it as take home pay the legal costs will be staggering

Yes I’ve a few M shares but reduced over the last 18 months and not bought back in, I made a fair bit of money buying and selling on the ups/downs so my holding is profit

So what is your thoughts on an outcome?, personally I think we might get some compensation only to stop the BIT claim but I’m thinking 3 or 4p per share as a max I can’t see where 7p would ever come from, the BIT I think won’t happen, or if it does we could be waiting years and therefore more dilution of shares to keep the lights on. I hope a settlement isn’t far away but it would be nice if some update after all we are nearly 6 months further down the line and still no idea what/when/where

We had a higher share price, with less shares in issue, with no BIT claim over 18 months ago. This talking we don’t know how far along that is and the BIT claim seems to have been a threat rather than action, like other boards, this one doesn’t seem any better but happy to take shares all day long for what?, who knows, there’s no updates and Align are very very quiet throughout all this, they said they wod keep pushing and wouldn’t accept less than 7p well they seem to have stopped pushing and is that 7p now out of the window? Personally I think it’s all a smoke screen for a long long BIT claim in many years to come, this isn’t 2021 or 2022 it’s beyond that

No news no trades except a few looks more doomed than ever …BIT not even started yet!

The wait goes on, the longer there no news then the less confident I am about things going well.

Thought we would have had some news/update now, surely they must have logged the BIT claim Now seems to be a lots of shares been given away and not much action going on for those free shares
