I would imagine the claim hasn’t even got off the ground yet, probably due to funding it, in that, no funder can see a successful pay out, it’s ok winning, but has the Moz Gov ever paid out?, that probably where we are at in that finders are like ah Moz Gov, they never pay so let’s not even go there?

There defo needs to be some update about the BIT claim

I’ve no idea why Align and making noises?, they are always first to shout about back this share and that share but their reputation on delivering turn arounds its very good at the mo , IRON, PFP, ADV all were pushed by align and all have failed badly

It’s unbelievable how long this is taking to sort out, from a positive let get a BIT claim going to we are giving them one final warning….it’s always this is your last chance talk, just get in and issue the BIT that takes long enough on its own

Align we’re starting to bang drums about how they weren’t taking cr@p from boards in all their investments but PFP is one where they have never been too aggressive with in terms of pushing the BIT information. I’d like to see an update purely on that just to see if there is any takers for it or are we still pushing it round lawyers? TZM won’t don’t anything, if they were worried I would have thought by now they would have done some offer or movement, I think they will just plod on regardless, this share is at a doom or bust period the next update will be interesting

Align aren’t saying anything , the BIT is still sat gathering dust on some lawyers desk and we don’t own anything…..this share ain’t going up anymore

Wasn’t there any updates about where we are with the BIT?, or wasn’t the meeting for that?

I just don’t get why there’s isn’t any news, surely they have told the lawyers to commence the BIT claim?, clearly there’s no one ready to buy us out, why haven’t they updated us to state where we are at?, interesting AGM next week but I hate to think there won’t be any news then either just more of the same we are still talking etc

I’m sure we should have had a 1/2 year RNS by now I think it was due in March 22? Last time it was 12th April so here is hoping it’s Monday morning!

It’s a dilution so that never positive I expect under 1 today

How long do we have to wait? An update would be good this week at least just to tell us how they are doing on the BIT and if all talks have stopped.
