Been working for the last 2 weeks the earlier RNS said funds would arrive by Friday 2 weeks ago…..the board must have doubts that’s it’s arriving, seen this before, another week, then another week, then sorry deals off

Nothing since the 30th May, the funds well overdue, somethings not right in this deal

So why the delay, (1) it’s isn’t happening and they can’t raise the £15M (2) it’s just a lot of red tape even tho the solicitors for them said the money would be in over a week ago (3) they are trying to change the terms…..there’s no discussions going on with the Moz Gov or the Chinese as that would have been mentioned when they released the last RNS…..personally I don’t think they have the £15M in place and can’t start the BIT within 3 months just yet hence the delay as soon as that £2M lands the clock starts ticking

1 week later still no £2M it’s not coming is it

It’s just odd that their solicitors have said you will have the funds by last Friday and they still aren’t here, that tells me there’s something other than a £2M issue. I hope that it’s because they are currently dealing with a buyout fully and the case goes away

Rather worrying now that this has taken so long, it’s £2M hardly a massive chunk of money. I suspect that the £15M need to commence the BIT claim isn’t in place yet, hence the delay

I’m expecting a RNS Tuesday to say they have the funds if not then serious questions need to be answered about the delay

Yes it’s a delay, but saying that’s the end for pathfinder isn’t true, they have a legally binding agreement, I’m sure if the money wasn’t coming the market would have been updated as to the agreement been pulled.

I’m too thinking where is the money they stated by 15th May, if there’s a delay fine, announce it in an RNS

I’m hoping that the delay of the £2M been announced is that either the RTO is been sorted at the same time or that a negotiated settlement is underway

Why no RNS it said we would have the £2M by the 15th?

1.5 would be very nice as would a settlement!

Why no RNS for the £2M cash yesterday

The £2M should be in tomorrow so will be interesting when/if the shares goes suspended. I assume because the assets leaves tomorrow it’s once payment has been received?, there’s no sign of the RTO straight away.

I tried for 2M this morning couldn’t get any although 1M is available so I suppose you could do 2 x 1M

With £2M what does that value us as?
