AAG don’t have the £14M for the claim it’s obvious now

Why no update?, where are the funds, when’s this deal going to get over the line or is it actually a unicorn deal ( never to be seen), come on the board we want an update, change the want to demand!

I thought that was the RNS we’ve been waiting for……but no

What I don’t get is why all the smoke and mirrors with AAG if they aren’t going to bother even paying up the £2M what have they got to achieve in all this if they don’t complete it?, so it makes sense to complete it so why the slow payment ? Why only £1.1M that doesn’t make any sense to pay a part of it as it’s not 50% either, it’s a totally odd % to pay, personally I think this has run its course and it won’t be long before AAG pull out

Deal looks and sounds dead, there’s no way this deal is going through, if it was there would not be this smoke and mirror delay,

Where the FECK is this mystery £2M down payment , why did they only send £1.1M the alarm bells ringing really well now…..this is not due diligence anymore this is a stall tactic to pull the deal by AAG

Exactly that, aligne have stated 7.2p, personally I think we ain’t anywhere near that but 5p looks very realistic

It’s a bit odd why it’s £1.1M not £1M or £2M, maybe that’s just how the exchange rate has worked it out, I guess the funds coming in must be verified but at least we have some money and it’s not looking likely it won’t go through, I’m confident this will all go through fine now but yes confusing why the money is in dribs and drabs?

Watch for the mad scramble for shares in the morning expecting 0.7 min tomor hopefully pushing towards 1p

Surely that must have been done, the solicitors said the money would be in by that Friday so the checks must have been completed before committing to a statement?

If we had a RNS to explain what the delay is I think the market would be ok, as it looks , it very iffy as there hasn’t been any mention of why the funds aren’t here, 3 weeks after their solicitors said they would be?

I hope there’s a deal going on witbier the Chinese or TZM etc - but I can’t see it

3 weeks late now this £2M! Even when we was told by their solicitors and they did a RNS - funds will be with us by the end of the week ( 3 weeks ago!)

Seems a few signatures takes weeks to do.

It’s heading towards the year low of 0.38 I’m expecting the longer this goes on the lower we go past that 0.38

I’ve slowly been selling off in chunks of 500,000 I’m at a point now where the shares I have left are the ones I’ve got for free bought with profits over the years

This just all seems so strange that their solicitors said you would have the money by 2 Fridays ago and still no solicitor update only a RNS to say it’s on its way, taking way too long to send the money, it’s only £2M and it’s screams to me something is wrong

The wait is ridiculous now……money coming in, then not, RNS saying is expected imminently , still no update, still no £2M, this deal looks dead in the water now
