What’s everyone’s thoughts on a final SP at the ‘due date’ ? I was expecting us over 1p now with the flurry of rises we had but looks like we can’t break the 0.7p barrier again, year high is 0.93p which I thought with all the positive news we have had we would have gone beyond that. I would guess that Friday 4.30pm would be the last chance to get the preferred shares after that then I guess you miss out.

Anyone think we could hit 1p before we become a cash shell I recon there’s only 4 days max trading left

28th August is a bank holiday, I’m guessing the record date will be the 29th on a RNS

As I understand it will be between today and the 31st with no notice, that’s why I thought people would be topping up asap

£28 share trade drops the price by 10% you couldn’t make it up!

Can someone please explain to me what these trades are?, it’s impossible that these are real trades as the £11 fee or greater means that you wouldn’t do it. There’s a few like that which seems to drive the price down wen they go through?

I bought in years ago have held lots more but sit at 14M shares current over £10k up as my break even was 0.006p bought and topped up a few million over the last 3 weeks particularly when you could get 0.005p, it’s life changing sums here and I can’t find a better AIM share that give this opportunity at this time

Correct, this is how I understand it. You will have two sets of shares, one in the ‘old PFP’ for the BIT settlement which will be a one for one issue. Secondly your holding of X amount of share number will then be given FOC in the ‘new pfp’ which will be on a one for one basis then diluted to accommodate any further share issue at the opening trading price so a win win

I would assume if you bought or topped up next week you would get a slice, I’m hoping word travels fast and those that have been sitting and waiting now steam in and make the price rocket, even buying in at 1 or 2p you will still make money as there is the potential of the slice of the compo money. I can’t think of any other share that is in this position as such a low price , if I wasn’t going away I’d buy more but my funds are tied up in euros for the family holiday now

As I understand if you buy shares on Monday and the deal is won your in for a share, only when the company is sold would you then not be able to get anything, AGM before 31st August, it will get voted through so it’s can you manage to get some shares?, if so how many?, I can see Monday with the price close to 1p and still rising ….glad I didn’t sell in the end

If your in your in now for a max of 5 years, this could be life changing amounts of money

It’s good news is this, the problem we have is we don’t have the £2M now for the new investment only £1M is the general scheme of things I’m happy with this, hitting over 1p next week for sure
