I wonder if they had anything in mind or have only just started the process?

I find it strange that people have bought shares to buy into the BIT claim, but then off load them before finding out the future for PFP, this even at the worst case is a double your money in the new company so you can’t lose, why sell up now?

Reading the last RNS, the record date is 6pm tonight. I’m not sure if that means a purchase today still counts?; we are effectively a cash shell now so it will be interesting now when the bids come for the RTO or if that just happens without any announcement, I hope we get the new company up and running asap

This should open at 0.75 today based on the last reported sales

These are the same values that went through last week and then were cancelled!

Looking at this you can pick up 0.005 now so they are really cheap, yes you won’t get a bonus share but I recon the opening price in the new company will be close to 1p

Why the massive drop?, I can only assume people have the free share and are now dumping the actual pfp share so they will just wait for the pay out etc

Why do you think Align have left?, they own a significant number of shares and I’ve not seen a significant sell?, there was some but they were cancelled sales? I can’t see them bailing out at the final hurdle ?

This will be our year high easy to gain at least 20% in next two trading days

So, you have today and all day Monday to purchase shares after that no bonus shares, I fully expect our price to break 1p either today or Monday

I emailed DE this morning, he replied and said he wasn’t a board member or an employee anymore

I’m still under 3% so I’m happy, I’m in this for the Bonus Div, that I think will be min 2-3p the new shares is just an extra which I’m hoping covers my original investment and goes on to produce a nice Div each year

If shares are still available I’m gunna buy the last batch today might as well pick up some more

The sale has been done so can only assume it’s late because the RTO is close
