It is unbelievable that the BOD think that the answer is to do this raise, what’s the hope that it’s thrown back at them?, AAG obviously can’t see any value what so ever in the claim, if they need more than 3 months then it’s not good, what’s the point in agreeing a date if AAG can’t do their bit by then, clearly they have found things they don’t like

Old school I couldn’t agree more, AAG deal is dead if that happens there won’t be any payment at all until it’s won, no up front payment, it will be a no win no fee claim, as for dilution again, I’ve lost count on what number dilution we are on now…no wonder Align are quiet and did their ‘spread betting’

That news arrived and it was a load of absolute tosh, dilution city……If AAG need more time then there obviously not a rosy straight forward claim, they must have doubts about how good the claim is

Well, more disappointment the share took a wack yesterday and today no RNS, end of 2022 and another year of poor management heads PFP way…

I think that doing a RNS about extending the
Loan B4 one for the agreement looks really bad, they might as well just state it’s not been agreed

Don’t trust Align, they will sucker u in to a share ‘they recommend’ wait for the mass influx, wait for theirs to rise, then slowly sell out making a profit, con artists….forget anything they claim or post ….seen enough on here of people calling them out and they don’t like it

I think at this stage you would be mad to add shares, the BOD don’t give you any confidence that they can get this over the line and if it’s doesn’t then PFP is no more as the asset is the only thing they have and clearly they don’t have that. If these guys don’t want to take it on, that says a lot about how barmy this has been over the years, they could have got these guys involved years ago, before it changed ownership again. If I owned the asset I’d think I’ve bought it fair and square and ignore PFP, after all PFP haven’t got any funds to do any kind of legal action on their own and without a backer, which now looks unlikely, they have spine to even start anything……lights slowly dimming unfortunately and I’ve wrote off my investment after nonRNS today, as what’s the point of giving a date in a RNS for not to even bother with any update after that has expired
