Doesn’t give much confidence ……you know this is going to come up as extended hence why the loan option was sat in the back ground, if it gets extended then confidence can’t be high, this shouldn’t take 3 months to decide, when, if true as the board says, all due diligence by pathfinder has already been completed to show the claim is both valid and a viable option only thing that was needed was money to commence the claim. Personally it will be extended at least until end of Feb 23 when just so happens the loan agreement finishes, a disappointing end to 2022, but that’s been pathfinders life since this show began

Looks like we await a 7am RNS on the 28th December then…….

I’m just speculating that, they already know, I would have guessed that within 4 weeks a yes or no had been determined, probably not told to PFP but I think they know if it’s a goer or not, to extend that time beyond 27th would give alarm bells that what PFP think they have isn’t worth anything to AAG in the end, £2M is a big chunk of money to stake in something that I still consider 50/50, regardless of what has been said done previously, the reward is massive, although it won’t be in the billions, but much much less, I’ve been here so long, I think I took a punt on this share way back when I read an article in the shares magazine at a guess I’ve been in around 15 years a once forgot about share because from the start the licence was always a bit iffy with the payment and the general, he surely must be dead by now?, anyway….for all the LTH and those that have sat here I truly hope that a massive win happens this has to be one of the very few AIM shares that could give you life changing money….hold tight a few days to go, once that positive RNS lands then you won’t get these shares for under 1p May not even under 4p…

Massive date a few days away on a **** or bust share, can’t understand why people arent just chancing on this within a few grand

Think a decision will be made before 27th can’t see any reason to extend it, surely by now they know if it’s worth going on with, probably now just looking at costs of the legal stuff to see if it’s worth doing , I would expect they will now know if it’s carrying on with, no RNS is good at the mo. Could be a really good Xmas for all shareholders

If u were to sell ur share after the take over, wod you still get the 20% + payout down the line or wod u need to hold for the 2-3 years later?

Not been in this position before so not too sure what happens to my shares in the event that AAG do the deal.

Someone said we get paid out for our shares , then get new shares and it’s the new shares where the 20% + will be paid to so you must remain in the game with PFP for future years?, can someone please help me get my head round it

I think with the £2M in cash if that comes then PFP will already have identified an opportunity to use that in and hence the rise to 4p, I maybe miles out as you say but sometimes the share price doesn’t reflect the actual value as demand may drive this up beyond what it’s actually worth …..maybe I’m just hopeful but certainly 1.3-1.5p does seem doable on £2M but I think it could go beyond that with a max scramble, I expect to see the price slowly climb in December with people having a punt at this with a 27 day opportunity to double up in days rather than years

Another month ends with no RNS or any news, I guess we can start counting the days now like an advent calendar 27 to go….

There no payment ever been made by the Moz gov on any of their lost cases…yes people have won, but never received payment, I’d rather take the £2M now and move on, I wouldn’t expect any further monies from them in the future …..I think it’s just the way Moz works they lose but ignore it

So if we get the £2M I assume then new shares are issued in a new company?, if you was to sell those share before the closure of the payout if there ever is one wod you still get that as you was a shareholder or do you have to still hold the shares till the full outcome;?

Not long now to wait, max 8 weeks, personally I think this is going to go through, share price will boom on RNS so top up now
