Six months ago, Morgan Stanley estimated a NAV of 54 - 214p per share at $60 p.b.
That gives an idea of what HUR could be worth if it can get production back up to 20 kbopd and oil prices keep rising.

Its valuation suggests that it is expected to go into receivership.

WTI is irrelevant if your sales are of Brent, which is currently above $40.

The SP is a measure of sentiment, not of the true facts about the company's performance.
If you are going to be guided by the SP above everything else, you may as well say that production cannot be more than 2,000 bopd.
There is no correlation between the two: the SP was 64.5p with zero production and 8p with 20,000 bopd.
If you are going to deduce from the fall from 64.5p to 6p that RT is a snake oil salesman, then you would have had to deduce from the rises from 8.85p to 67.5p and 24p to 64.5p that he was the world's most honest CEO.
PMO collapsed from 118p to 10p in two months, having previously fallen from 500p to 19p, presumably proving that its CEO was a snake oil salesman.
It has since recovered to 48p, apparently proving that the CEO is a man of integrity.
