Presumably, they aren't talking because they are considering offering 10p per share.

One private investor took a big stake.
The institutions stayed away.
It then rose to 220p.

A poster tipped SQZ at 23p.
It went to 140p.
I don't recall any institutions foreseeing that move, either.

Do you think the institutions would agree with posters here that TE-5, which has been independently valued at 19-27p per share, and which some think needs to be revalued upwards, is actually worth 7.5p per share, and that the rest of Tendrara - an area twice the size of Qatar - is worth 0p per share?

And while you think about that, if the institutions are so clever, why did they take stakes in PVR at multiples of today's price, and hold on?

Just about every company's BB I visit has the same posts about the directors being crooks, milking shareholders, the assets being illusory, the company going bust, a cash raise imminent.

SOU had enough cash to last well beyond the end of the year, but just to show that they were in no danger of running out of cash, they raised $3m.
More than 10 companies are in talks with SOU about their sale of Tendrara.
Their TE-5 asset has been independently valued at about three times SOU's current market value, yet SOU is selling TE-5 plus the rest of Tendrara, an area twice the size of Qatar.
To say that its shares are undervalued would be an understatement.

I've seen predictions of '£ 5-10' and sometimes £10.
Richard Bernstein of Crystal Amber once said he thought HUR could one day be valued at £17 billion, which I suppose would be about £8 per share.
If HUR makes the progress we expect and matches the expected production figures, I would be amazed if major shareholders accepted an offer of 150p per share.
If such an offer coincided with a depressed oil sector, I think they would wait for conditions to improve before considering an offer.

My last purchase was for 68.5p and they then fell to 57p.
The shares were screaming out to be bought, with 60p per share cash and oil discovered worth more than 200 p per share.
Yet people wouldn't touch it.
Then, following the latest find, there was a stampede to buy, which is actually what happened previously when the shares were on their way tot 399p.
Generally, people get interested when a share is overbought.
As for the company, there never was anything wrong with it and it's still cheap.

Your joke about 100 euros reminds me of the 100 pounds I had to pay when I made my first ever investment in PVR.
It was the Irish stamp duty, even though it was listed on AIM.
The price was 140p.
I got out at about 80p.
