You're entitled to your opinion, but 'make no mistake pvr is finished' isn't an opinion; it's a statement of fact, when we don't know what is going on behind the scenes any more than we knew when you made your wrong prediction.

That is a substantive point.
All I've seen in response are posts quibbling about the identity of the director and whether other directors talk BS.

The only consolation is that HBSBC must ultimately either clear or reject the transfer.
It would certainly be ironic if the payment landed on the Receiver's desk.

I think the problem is that HSBC are leaving PVR in limbo.
If they rejected the payment, then PVR could claim that the contract has been breached.
The question is, how long can HSBC continue to say that the transfer is being processed?
I've never heard of a payment taking several months.

Secondly, the latest RNS says the survey could take three weeks, which raises the possibility that it will finish at about the same time as PVR runs out of cash.

That means that JJ must have made up his claim that there were more than ten interested parties, presumably part of the pretence that a marketing process is taking place - a delaying tactic arranged by Rothschild.

That's even more far-fetched than a four-figure share price.

Remember TOR saying some time ago that potential partners were waiting for PVR to call in the receivers before making a move to hoover up the assets.
