Good point about money-laundering, YY, but if so, why couldn't APEC have re-sent the money from another source - from the sources that had not been queried by HSBC -and when that cleared, cancelled the first transfer?

And why hasn't HSBC rejected the transfer?

A 1 for 3 rights issue at 5p per share would raise almost £10 million.

If APEC's transfer finally arrived afterwards but before drilling is completed, would PVR have to go ahead with APEC?

I don't think a placing or rights issue would wipe us out at all, but we would still need a partner to develop Barryroe.

What especially bothers me is that South Dunquin has been delayed, a partner for Newgrange has not been found and PVR's cash has run out.

I suppose that's why the shares are below 6p, hovering above the all-time low.

I still believe that ultimately HUR's share price will reflect the company's true value, but that may come only when a bidding war breaks out.

The price doesn't begin to reflect its prospects, with a conservative valuation of more than 100p, about two and a half times its present market value.

I too am hopeful that success at Lincoln will finally propel the price through 70p and to a record high.

But I would not be surprised if the manipulation continued.

I don't know how long you have been following this stock, but I've been waiting for share price action for five years now.
My first purchase, in 2014 was at just above 40p; I then got sucked in at 46p.
The price is now in between those two levels.
We've had plenty of action in terms of company progress during the past five years, but the price is still being manipulated.
