The NI increase is to help in the longer term with social care

and in addition to the vast increases that had been earmarked already, the NI increase will raise a further £12 Billion a year that can initially be use by the NH, but more of it in the longer term into social care.

maybe someone who wants to know the unimportant can email MS and ask what amount of money they hoping to make out of being the intermediary for Lloyds

MS won't be doing it for free . There could have been a flat fee as in the case I believe of other buybacks . lloyds are having to purchase from MS, so the assumption must be that the cost is greater than the cost suffered by MS in the purchases from shareholders, otherwise there would be a waste of effort on their part. Fee/extra costs amount to the same thing which as in Lloyds previous buybacks I don't think have been disclosed. I suppose the cost of purchase from MS is their cost irrespective of the MS costs.
