''Can some tell me what are represented by the trades which appear in grey at the top of the dealing page after the market closed?''
Late reported negotiated off-market large block trades .
'' think a lot of those "new" shareholders who came through exercising their warrants may only have sold enough shares to pay back their warrant costs, and are in "for free" with the balance, hoping for something more than 5p.''
warrant holders recouped their costs plus vast profits a long time ago - share price reached over 50p.
Large shareholders would appear on a top shareholders list.
They have been selling all shares in an exercised batch in a controlled manner ,and then exercising the next batch. That is not to say they will not eventually keep a handful, but I can see no reason why they should and makes no difference if they did. They can use the money for the next 'scam' rather than have a handful of shares in Met1 with a tnav per share of 1.75p
''If the volume and value of share sales continuously outweighs buys .............''
??
The value of sales and buys are equal, it is an exchange of shares at a price
A trade is normally flagged as a 'sale' or 'buy' simply based on the exchanged price in relation to previous prices of traded exchanges of shares
