having a UK listed criteria is contradicted when you say at the same time -

when the ftse 100 listed stocks are mainly foreign investments (at least 80% overseas)

Tax benefits are offered within an ISA on eligible stocks and where an individuals provider allows for trading a stock (for between 2 and 3 years IG Group was unavailable to purchase with my HSBC investdirect) .

There are FTSE 100 constituents that can be traded apart from in London.

The ISA tax break is for the investor, and has benefit for the companies which are invested in.

Maybe you would like to see an ISA for businesses that only operate in the UK - that would be a tax break for UK only investment.

Once again - I last made a sale in Jan 2022 at about 53p per share when the market cap was £38 Billion - current market cap is only £35.7 Billion.

Buyback going well at a cheap valuation once more - hoping that they continue in the coming years - it would make sense.
