You are getting worse.

MET1 have raised funds recently which involved pre paid warrants at 2p each which can be converted to shares when notice is given and twice as many cash warrants (potential money for MET1) - again at 2p which can be exercised to become shares.

Property valuations can go up as well as down . Property valuations were badly hit following the pandemic along with other similar property businesses , but even using the current low asset valuation CLS is trading at a massive discount.

Let me make it simple and clear to you again.

They are not thick.

They always respect my opinion.

They did not dismiss it out of hand.

Yet again, I gave them my opinion about MET1 as a serious investment.

Yet again - as well as having been successful in their field they also like a gamble.

They decided to take the gamble of a continued increase in share price in the short term despite accepting my long term investment assessment. They were not expecting a 1000% profit as you had previously stated in another post but were gambling to at least double their money quickly. There gamble so far has failed. The over £30,000 that they gambled is of no concern to them whatsoever. Their current tour of the USA included Las Vegas (they have been there probably a dozen times and twice with me) where they may have wagered on some spins of the roulette wheel .

A 10p share price currently would put MET1 on a valuation of about 3 times the value of the assets it holds.
