'' But the offloading off warrants will likely be dumped into the market,
but likely not all as some overhang is always lying around somewhere''
ffs clueless - 750 million warrants have already been 'dumped'. It is up to the warrant holders how many of these and when get exercised into shares at 2p a time onto the market within the next few months.
'' im not sure on their expiry dates''
clueless
''its all just financial structuring''
it is cap in hand raising of money to keep the bandwagon rolling along, for the benefit of directors and warrant holders making many multiples of their donations .
'' and the shares will build and the M/Cap decrease along with its SP ''
so lets be clear, at the current market cap the share price is 18p. So with potentially about 4 times more shares in issue compared with Monday's number that would be about 4.5p per share maintaining the same market cap, but you say 'and the M/Cap decrease' which of course means a lower than 4.5p per share.
It is of course up to the gullible/gamblers what the market cap will be on a daily basis (doubt that there are long term 5-10 year investors on board)
