You appear to be in the confused category of people as mentioned by myself. If you had read my posts you would have got some useful info which was readily available on RNS's but not many here not interested in the details and others got confused.
yes net proceeds of pre paid warrants must have been after whatever costs were involved (probably some skimming off into the directors back pockets). In addition up to a further £10 million can be raised via cash warrants (500 million warrants).
NO they are not 20p warrants - they are 2p warrants based on post consolidation prices. They were set at a 54% discount to the share price at the time, taking account of what the post consolidation price would be. As you should know about 100 million 2p warrants have been exercised since that time, leaving a potential maximum about 650 million to go.
