Ben Richardson, CEO at SulNOx, confident they can cost-effectively decarbonise commercial shipping. Watch the video here.
As a long term holder I'm fine with dips in SP and patient enough to wait for all the good stuff to be delivered. Both LFT wise as well as the true disruptors in the pipeline.
In the meantime though I do want to be entertained. And I can't help imagining a new season of The Office, Avacta edition. Picturing AS as the leader of the pack. But please add the scenes that you think are currently going on (were going on/will happen) in The Office flavour..
Disclaimer - this is obviously for entertainment purposes only as we wait for sales RNS' to drop among others
Currently learning that the majority of LFT’s are using EO at the tip of the swab’s and multiple studies now suggest that usage of EO (in general) leads to more presence of various forms of cancer. My question is: what do we know about Avacta’s use of EO? Could an absence of EO lead to potential USP? Or will this only be the case if we manage to launch the saliva test? Therefore all saliva test would have an USP over swab LFT’s in general - not unique to Avacta then.
Eager to learn more on this topic - thanks!

Thanks PL - exactly what it confirms is that their test is crap and Avacta's may be considered as the the golden standard. No question about that - check.
ROW lining up to take whatever we can supply - check.
Sir Al to update us in May on some of these contracts and shoot the SP up - check.
It is us to win gov contract due to ODX being crap and timelines somewhat align - mehh
Agree?
So we're of our timelines thanks to Sir Al and so far everything is pointing in the right direction for (professional use) in UK & EU - check
For the government (DHSC) contract I believe I understood we require Porton Down validation - which is expected to be lengthy and can be assumed to take longer than the timelines committed to by Sir Al. So how does the ODX RNS and take aways confirm we're on track to win gov contract in the short term?
GLA
Interesting. Indeed this does make you think about the multiple disclaimers re:professional use in the various RNS'.
Now I'm invested but from the Netherlands. Would professional use then only mean 'professional distribution'? Not in the loop on how everybody in the UK is currently receiving their tests. Would love to learn more

Plenty of potential in this area for obvious reasons. But linking each and every LFT comment to timing of Avacta's CV results is not something we should place our bets on.
Direct quote from your article:
“[take] the lateral flow tests, potentially, that they already have access to from home.”
Clearly not us as our test is for professional use only. Whatever he is referring to is not our test - and that's fine
Let's stay critical

Awesome news re: CV. Gold standard test. Plenty to be absolutely over the moon about before the investor preso on the 22nd.
Critical note though - not too delighted that we don't have CE marking yet and that we'll not get this until early May. What do you guys think about this? How much will this affect the general pov of retail and other investors on Avacta and SP?
GLA and congrats on CV
Well I am excited about his 'selective' liking behaviour. Bumping up all the relevant Avacta news articles re: AffiDX
- Distribution Agreement with ABCAM
- Results of Initial Evaluation
- Mologic Partnership
I'm reading way too much into this but regardless, all lights are on green

Great post - adding to this thread: What do we think about one of his taglines in his bio?
- 'Implementation of processes and manufacturing documents to conform with an ISO 13485:2016 QMS'
How relevant is this re: the news we're waiting for? What to deduce from this?
And adding a critical note for discussion. What do we think about a scientist pivoting towards a supply chain manager? With all due respect it is a different cup of tea and considering the logistical challenges that lie in front of us a supply chain functional expert would be required to navigate through this
