- Did ncyt won the case against DHSC: No. Rather they settled which from investor/market point of view is negative and will impact future sales.

- Has yourgene sales gone up post takeover: No. Trading update clearly shows this.

- Has expenses gone up: YES

- Are we eating up our existing cash: YES

- Is the burn rate high: YES

And that's the reason SP is going down day-by-day. The excitement around winning the case and getting extra money from DHSC is over now. There is no life in this company anymore.

With no sales growth and increase cash burn is the main reason no one is investing - not even the directors.

They are happy taking money from the company in form of salaries and bonuses, etc
