Like i said DYOR as this to me looks like a big gamble with very less merits. Chances of winning are extremely low based on what i have read and seen so far.

You didn't get the point "if Oxford AstraZeneca Covid jab was ‘defective’" and NCYT is not that big. So, imagine the chances of NCYT winning the case which is literally close to zero.

And i'm not negative rather cautious and like the BB mentioned to DYOR.

And recently there has been a court judgement "Oxford AstraZeneca Covid jab was ‘defective’, claims landmark legal case" which question the Government's monitoring of the vaccine's rollout and its efficacy.

If we look at the argument DHSC has put forward there is a very high chance they will win based on the above case outcome. So, just be careful and get out of the stock as soon as possible.

June is not far. We will get to know where this stock stands after the court case either it ncyt will loss and go bankrupt or will win the case and get the cash.

But imo who ever wins the other will go and appeal which will drag this case. So, question is long long will that appeal resolution gonna take? May be this will be listed for next year. NCYT & DHSC battle is a long one guys!!

Looking at 2 million shares bought yesterday, they are keeping the buying level to just 10% of the daily volume. I think they might increase the buying volume in coming days to meet their target share purchase in coming days.

ITV is an obvious takeover target. It runs the second largest studios business in the world and more than 50% of its profits come from outside the UK.

Netflix spends more than $15bn a year on programming whereas ITV’s market capitalisation is only £2bn so Netflix could have ITV’s entire back catalogue for a fraction of what they spend on programming.

I'm thinking to buy shares of ncyt. With SP falling on daily basis do you think i should wait for few more weeks? may be the price might drop to 30/20?

You can say whatever you want but share price is the benchmark. If things are good it will rise but it situation is bad then it will go down imv.

Time to buy?

So, its share price has struggled in recent times, but is now a smart time for me to think about buying ITV?

I’d say it might well be. ITV Studios remains on track to deliver total organic revenue growth of 5% per year to 2026. By then, the business is also confident of delivering at least £750m of digital revenues.

Recent trends have made it clear that traditional advertising is a flagging industry. But I like the moves the business is taking to diversify and move to a more digital future.

I’m hoping these results will provide ITV with some momentum going forward. If I had the cash, I’d strongly consider buying some shares.

Looks like ITV is firing on all cylinders - Studio, ITVX and also TAR for 1Q 2024 is up 3%.

I'm now hopeful the share price will hit £1. And if someone bids for ITV then it might jump to £1.5 or so and i hope someone bid for ITV for shareholders benefit.

Pebble101, yeah I will but I thought I should ask experts in this forum for advice on the price level at which one should enter this stock.

HC in that case would you recommend to invest at this price or do you expect the SP might go lower and then I should invest?

Also, this court case is a big thing for ncyt. If they loss the case and have to pay what DHSC claimed for then bankruptcy is the only option.

So, is it worth taking a risk on a company which can go bankrupt or one should look at other AIM companies to grow their investment? And everyone here is knowledge enough to see this.
