I see this placing is planned so that directors/ CEO can buy shares at such a low price using preferential route because if they try to buy directly from the stock exchange then this will lead to price increase.

If you look at the total amount they are trying to raise is not much.

Lyn promised last year that we will come to the market with our new strategy in 1H2025. Now we are in 2H2025.
