Only premium members who want to provide their phone number will have it stored on our system. Anyone without a premium account isn't prompted to enter a mobile phone number and if they do, they have the option to enter a fake number if it's not something they wish to give out to a company.

Just so you're all aware, we've since made contact with the member in question and we've offered as much support and information as a company like ours can. Thank you to those who both reported the post and emailed. The original post has been placed back on the board as with everyone reporting it was incorrectly and automatically removed.

I'd just like to let everyone know that the moderation team are and will continue to take regular action against users that we feel aren't providing worthwhile content to the board and instead are potentially posting to cause disruption.

We'd like to remind everyone after having to remove quite a few posts that Share Chat is for posting and sharing content specifically related to Lloyds.

While we appreciate Brexit can and will have an impact on various shares, please try to keep the content to Lloyds and if content is being posted regarding Brexit, please make sure it has a direct and visible link to Lloyds as a company.
