I do get why you're annoyed, but seeing as how you've been here since under 3p 'and got the T shirt' maybe you should look at that T shirt and see where all the dilutions from decisions made by PW have taken the company since that 3p day.... and then realise you're sounding silly and he has earned more than enough slack for this...

Muscles, five hours mining in Texas late this year is worth a week of money now, and probably a month of money in the past few months, and a quarter of money last summer.... he's done something painful to bring forward the day Texas opens (oh and secure 25% of a potential multi-hundred million pound company too)...

You'll be handsomely rewarded for this decision come October, November, December, whenever... not that you'll deserve it for all your FUD nonsense of late.

Our HODL is worth about $3m more right now than it was at 5pm on Monday when we announced this placement. It's worth keeping intact and adding to as much as possible.

I used this analogy with Texas but if we paid one bitcoin for 50 workers to spend two weeks on site, that might be $200 a day per worker now, but in five years we could look back to see that we've spent basically $20,000 a day, per worker, for two weeks.... using fiat at a time when it's devalued is the right thing to do. In time it will be recognised as a good thing, I'm pretty sure.

I agree wholeheartedly Phoebus, it's just that not all Argo investors (or investors in general) are actually sensible. The US are also particularly skittish when it comes to dilution, for whatever reason. It's just one of those bumps on the picture of the mountain Argo tweeted. No doubt we'll lose some along the way but only the ones with no foresight, conviction or faith.

It was unexpected, followed a series of other perceived dilutions and has dented confidence and momentum, is the very short answer. It's not the damage to the numbers, it's the damage to the sentiment that concerns people.

I'm the biggest fan of wordplay in all England but that's just the pathetic ramblings of someone who rushed in above £3 and had no idea what they were doing. Hopefully they've sold. If not then I'm sure they'll break even before Easter.

Five hours mining at Texas at 6EH with bitcoin priced at $200k will generate more money than a week mining now. Why do you think we want to get in there asap and raised the cash to get it started as quickly as possible?

Due to massive external influences.... the US markets being on fire end of last week and Monday this week, obviously the dilution from Texas vote and also the unexpected SHOCK dilution the following trading day.... it's a short, sharp period of upheaval. It'll pass and we'll get back to the 20% rise days everyone seems to feel entitled to before long I am sure...

Autonomy comparing apples to apple iPhones there. If bitcoin goes parabolic again, so will Argo.

There will be a reason. We don't know what it is now, and we might never know. I suspect it's a whopping great sale being gradually processed bit by bit. Similar to yesterday. When it's done we'll likely be able to pop.

We're on a pretty quick road from here to 74k I think, albeit with a decent rest stop around 64k I expect.

Another rec It's all really interesting... Bitmain actually have an operation in Texas themselves but seemingly fell out with partners DMG Blockchain and not sure what is going on with them now...

There's a company called Whinstone Inc that have done a lot of work building data centres in Texas... we'll see if they are involved at any point....

My one negative when reading through the ePic pages was they still rely on Taiwan/China for components themselves I believe, not sure we are any more protected in the event of further wargames than Mara, Riot or anyone else expecting hardware from over that way....

I understand we all invest and/or trade to make money everyday. This causes all of us to get frustrated if we look at other stocks increasing more than Argo from a daily perspective. Our expectation is for Argo to be the best every single day. That is why we put our hard earned money into them. Take a minute to look at what you are holding versus it’s main competitors. Since their ATH’s a couple weeks ago, how does Argo compare?
SOS = - 60%
Bitfarms = -43%
RIOT= -38%
HUT8= -35%
MARA= -27%
HIVE= -27%

Argo is down....-26% (I’ll pick that over the other’s any day)

You can make a case for each of these companies because they all have huge upside with BTC exploding. It’s your money that you are investing. Do your DD and pick wisely, but don’t freak out and be irrational because when you do you will loose and miss out on the next Argo explosion.

We were 19p on Christmas Eve morning. I remember it well as I was really excited as we were up from 15p on the Monday and it felt like a nice Christmas present...

If they’re buys, great! Means someone big wants in.

If they’re sells, great! Means we cleared a seller (too early for the Texas shares to flip?) and there was appetite to buy 2m shares.
