The fact it came at a discount makes me think that this is another multi-million pound promise from a tier 1 Goldman esque institutional investor.... if I had to guess Peter rejected the prospect of another private placing after the outcry last time so they did it this way to save some face and be seen to allow individuals in at the same price as the ii! I fully expect them to announce it was oversubscribed and those who went in for it to receive very few of what they asked for. Happy to be proved wrong and find out it really was an opportunistic fundraise to buy something quick.

Layer1 Technologies are mentioned in there.... I wonder if that's the last we hear of them in the coming days/weeks/months - they build data centres, they have submersion cooling equipment, they are based in... West Texas.

I would expect 50MW at a time in four goes.... he said it was possible in one of the Q+As.

It’s also a chance for institutional investors to reorganise their profile to take into account crypto... supposedly a lot of recent selling was on account of funds etc getting too crypto bloated towards the end of the quarter and busting their figure projections, and as such they had to prune the garden.... it might be that the allocations they afford to crypto are increased each quarter due to the rising attention/interest/rewards/fomo in the space

Given everything going on I'm quite happy not being on the Nasdaq last week and potentially today... (though yes the OTC will be tainted by it too). Happy to ride March out and maybe April will be better for Nasdaq and us.

I'm afraid it's likely been filtered as a meteoric three month rise like we've just had is not suitable for certain viewers ;)

Ah but if I'd waited an hour on day one Roster it might have been 4.5p not 4.6p... oh well.... I'll get over it....
