What about every single five-day period for the previous five months?
Lola beat me to it.... It's not much of a competition really. Riot have all the attention, the nasdaq, the ETFs buying in, but we're catching them almost every day and will overtake them next year I believe.
Ama... what's the highest, the number of times you've posted that link or the number of hot dinners you've had in 2021?
A polite way of saying ZTFO.... I endorse this post.
You did say that posting 'hold tight' was BS.... though it seems that's exactly the point you're trying to make the same point yourself?
Fear, Uncertainty, Doubt...
Though other words probably fit too...
They might aswell ditch the UK altogether... US is going to pop for them soon. If I was not allowed to be 100% Argo that's the first one I'd turn to.
Great news if so, fordular. Kr1 has definitely been held back by the Aquis in my opinion. Easier it is to buy the better for us all. I think you're going to do incredibly well out of those.
Gives him something to look at while drinking his babycham...
Don't forget we're hoping for $8m of ePic rigs from Q4 onwards, we just don't know how powerful they might be yet so hard to put a number on the additional hashpower. Maybe Q3 is the nice, quiet, stable nasdaq quarter? I would love you to be right but I shan't get my hopes up.
Last night's funky finance interview. I think he alluded to it in a couple of different places, though apologies I can't pick the timings out off the top of my head. He absolutely did not say DOT, that's my own speculation, but i got the impression from previous q&a he's not that fussed about eth.
I believe May at earliest... and it's likely to be another Aquis stock from what I hear too...
Good, so he should be. ePic don't have much of a track record with bitcoin mining... it's super exciting they are basically going to be building bespoke, next gen rigs using immersion cooling and all the latest tricks, and we'll hopefully have some luxor tech to help them mine as efficiently as possible too. That said, the more S19s he can get from anywhere the better for us all.
He also hinted at the potential for mining things other than BTC and ZEC which would be interesting. I don't see it as ethereum but if it was polkadot that could prove incredible lucrative going forward.
The issue is going to be the availability of machines as opposed to money.... there really won't be any to buy even if we had the money. Every manufacturer is sold out up to a year in advance, the components are increasingly scarce and the supply line is via China/Taiwan which throws up potential for disruption... It might be we can take some off the hands of other companies again, our best hope of that is small fish being unable to keep up and us taking advantage of that with an alliance of some kind.
I think we finish the next batch of 6,800 in June and I just don't see where we get any extra rigs in between June and say October when the ePic rigs might start to filter through... I think a lot of focus will be on Texas development in the summer and as such it would be a (very pleasant) surprise to me if we were able to up the hashrate inbetween Q2 and Texas running.
Well... both really... if bitcoin goes to $250k+ though I'd expect Argo to do plenty more than x5 from here.
I think x5 is slightly on the optimistic side for bitcoin, x7 about the most optimistic you can get. Whereas x5 for Argo is slightly pessimistic.
That's a great thread... the only slight thing I'd say is that it doesn't factor in Pluto in any way shape or form, and I firmly believe that could be a £500m+ company in its own right this year, plus it also seems to think bitcoin might not go to $288k which just seems implausible to me (and PlanB)...
I personally think x5 in the next 12 months is a conservative estimate.
I had work last night and had six hours of no Argo and no BTC and it felt weird as hell..... Hopefully your faith will be rewarded Deej.
Can't have the T without the CG. I know I'd rather have the tax than no gains.
Argoholic is the new Argonaut....
