We did get an RNS at about 12.30pm last week, so you never know.

I'd only skim-read it the first time 'round which is why I posted, but later on I thought to check your posts and it was present - so I did eventually read it properly. I do totally agree with the trust 'paradox' that you wrote at the bottom. With me having bought 'mining' shares for the first time with GGP and had a steep learning curve, I needed to get a handle pretty quicky of who was a reliable posters etc. I think sometimes you can tell between people who ramp shares out of enthusiasm and those that have an agenda. You can obviously disregard pretty quickly those that witter about pound parties and the like, but you eventually whittle it down. I think we are very fortunate on this board to have quite a lot that contribute so much. I've said before I think it's been staggering, some of the information that has been unearthed. Especially if you're like me and have nothing really of use to add - I think I only managed to make a telling contribution when the subject went off topic and onto the poems of Pam Ayres.

Great thread Bamps - I don't know if you agree but I'm certain that this zone is the main reason why Hannam & Partners appear to have delayed a more detailed update.

We've been updated quite regularly since the end of September - long may that continue! I am slightly disappointed with the share price too, mainly because I thought we'd at least be on a par with the .002, which was where it was before Mosman made progress on Stanley 4 and Falcon. Still, plenty to come.

I've worked out this shares lark now, as it's the same on every BB I look on.

If the share price goes up, it's because lots of people are correctly buying.
If the share goes down it's because a large buy order is being filled.
If the share price goes up again it's because it's the share's natuaral path
If the share price goes down it's MM games
If the share price goes up the herd have arrived
If the share price goes down there's a large seller we're waiting to clear.

The Board has furthermore recommended the payment of a cash dividend for FY2020 of 1.60 pence (2.00 US cents) per Ordinary $0.01 Share, payable on 4 December 2020. This dividend will be tabled for information only at the Company's Annual General Meeting to be convened for 27 November 2020. Payment of the dividend will be made to Shareholders on the register at the close of business on 30 October 2020 and the ex-dividend date is 29 October 2020.

I'm absolutely convinced that someone will make a documentary about this new 'gold rush' in Western Australia - companies, PIs and institutions are all taking their positions now.

Cheers for your reply Bamps - it's going to be an interesting reveal anyway. I do think expectations are high due to such consistently strong Havieron results, which is why I was curious about what would determine a standard / good / excellent grade for copper if the gold is lower. I'm at the bottom of the class when it comes to understanding the complex geology so I have to rely on comparing data.

I'm just trying to get my head around what to look for in copper grades. Hypothetically, if the results start pointing to copper taking the limelight, what is the consensus as to what is a good grade? Looking at Havieron drill results on the GGP website, the vast majority appear to be between 0.25% and 1%, with a few a little higher.
I was listening a while back ( and I managed to find it ) to an interview with the chairman of BZT ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-U_GIpP4c6w )- at about 3 mins 20 he says that years ago the global average grade of copper used to be about 1.03%, which has fallen over time to .62%, so Havieron looks to hold up quite well to that. So if Scallywag is potentially higher than Havieron on the copper response, could we have above average copper grades? I hope this isn't muddled thinking!

H.F.B. - I will read up on it a little further. It was a first glance assessment and I know very little about it so I probably need to go and do some actual proper analysis!
I've got a feeling with MSMN that there will be an update on more than one of the items we're waiting for on the next RNS relevant to progress - so could be a significant one. I think that MSMN may need to put longer timescales on announcing their hopes of when they are going to update the market, to give themselves a bit of slack from our unbridled expectations!

Just had a look at that share ( when someone writes 'the dog ate the seismic' you have to investigate...) From a very, very brief look MSMN looks as if it's much further down the line than BOIL in excecuting it's business plan - they look a bit too far away from positive news for me although very cheap (low MCap) if things come good! Back to MSMN, we've got 4 working days left of September so hopefully some news as promised!
