@Holdingfor, I pretty much agree with your post - I wasn't involved back in the Newmont days but I did look at the EG RNSs BEFORE the one that ended everything - it's interesting that GGP kept shareholders informed that they were still waiting for news. I really don't think anything sinister is going on but it is a little puzzling that some type of update on Scallwag hasn't arrived. In my view I don't think anything has changed re MRE either. But these are both my opinion only.

Maybe it's the wine talking but I do think after all this time ( for me 2019 onwards ) we are now getting near some incredibly significant announcements. Inside a calendar month we'll probably know how the markets view a proper estimate of a section of Havieron, whether Scallywag holds what we hope it holds, and also what the company's future direction is. I'm nervous, excited, worried, enthusiastic, really quite p!ssed, and definitely holding. Good luck to all and I'm now off to exacerbate tomorrow's hangover by getting another glass.

Hi Hydrogen, nothing of use - it was just a snipped of Dr Suess's childrens publication 'The places you'll go' - it has a section about "waiting"(re:Scally) - it rhymed, so therefore it was ruthlessly removed!!!!

Ha, you saw it! - They were super quick with that removal. I knew the poetry aspect was probably a risk too far!

This is all because the information is so promising ( and never heard before ) - it is always good practise to see the source of the info, and as I also couldn't find it online it made me wonder. I expect that JJ is above board and I see no reason for anyone to make stuff up judging by the fantastic position this company is already in. But DYOR is what everyone says so there is absolutely no harm in querying.
