Anyone tried this?4 Jan 2022 17:54
Many people may already know this so just ignore if so.
I use GoogleDocs, specifically GoogleSheets which is Google's version of Microsoft Excel.
If you go into GoogleSheets, you can use one of the templates called 'Google Finance Investment Tracker'.
When you select it, there is an option to choose a stock ('Enter a symbol') at the top. This will populate a newly created spreadsheet with both a graph of the share price, but also a list of all the opening / closing / volumes etc. I realise you can get this through google itself, but this is in spreadsheet format so you can play with the data if that is your thing. I believe you can get data going back 36 months. Anyway, just some info for anyone interested.
