If NCM made a bid at the current MCap, (372M) then they would be effectively buying 30% HAV ( and of course the rest of GGP ) for 372M - this means they would be buying 5% Hav for £60M, which is something they turned down before.

Hoping Jerry S gives his thoughts on the RNS as he tends to understand words and sentences and things like that. To me it's lots of statements with words such as 'proxy' and 'facilities'.

The SD interview yesteday on LSE answered a wide range of financing questions, it's really worth a watch. SD did say that he believes he is fully funded, but obviously they have to wait for the FS / updated mine plans etc to be able to guarantee that. However they have built in slack too so his belief is that we should get through to cash flow on what we've got. I was very encouraged by the interview, and especially worth watching if you have any doubts over the progress Greatland are making.
